Cancellation Policies
Recurring lessons - All missed lessons must be made up within 2 weeks and in the same month or the lesson will be forfeited. One month notice required to cancel autopay.
No refunds or credits (excepting teacher cancellations)
Makeup Lessons - 24 hours notice required to reschedule a makeup lesson - Swap/Switch* policy in effect, January 1st, 2025. No shows for makeup lessons will not be offered an alternate time.
*Swap/Switch involves student contacting via e-mail, phone calls, etc., from Quarterly updated Contact List. The students switch dates/times with each other. Must be done within the same month.
Alternate lesson plans - Starting Winter 2025.

45 minute lessons: recommended for singers ages 14-adult
60 minute lessons: recommended for experienced singers

Sharing Your Lessons
If you would like to share your lesson with someone, the instructor needs to know in advance. Please make arrangements to give contact information for the second individual who will also be attending the lesson/s.
Studio Payment Policy
Payment due by the 5th of each month - Late fee charge $30.00

Recurring - autopay with debit or credit card. Payment processed on the first of the month for bimonthly lessons and after every 4 weeks for weekly lessons. Cancellation requires one month notice.
