Rowan Anderson, Arvada West high school senior has gotten the leading role of Eponine in Arvada West high school's 2016 musical production of Les Miserables by Claude-Michael Schoenberg. Christopher Cordova, Katrina Cordova and Lauren Haid will be in the cast of Les Mis at Arvada West High to be performed in February 2016.
NATS Student Auditions at University of Wyoming, Laramie this year! On April 9th, 2016 the National Association of Teachers of Singing will travel up north for the annual CO/WY District Auditions. We have many vocal students from Arvada Center and Fort Collins vocal studios participating in 2016. Great news! Three more of our Arvada Studio voice students from Arvada West High will be in the cast of Les Miserables, the musical production in February 2016 - Rowan Anderson, Chris Cordova and Katrina Cordova.
New update: Lauren Haid, freshman just heard about her successful audition for the Les Mis musical at Arvada West High & I'll be hearing from other Arvada singers (how they did with their auditions) at this Thursday's Performance Workshop@6pm in Studio 16/ Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities.
Lauren has been cast in the Les Mis production at Arvada West High! Their musical performances will happen in February 2016. Preparation for the Christmas concert are underway. Both the Arvada Center vocal studio & Fort Collins vocal studio are rehearsing their solos and duets in anticipation of the December 20th,Sunday evening event!
